Guests who wish to explore the New Forest will enjoy the wonderful walks onto the heathland that are right on the doorstep (cyclists and horse riders will be in their element too), and the superb selection of pubs and restaurants that the local area has to offer.

Gardens, Woodland & Lake @ Kingfisher Retreat
Kingfisher Retreat is a stunning thatched home and is situated on the edge of its own unique spring-fed lake. This is surrounded by a wooded area and beautiful landscaped gardens which encourage natural wildlife and provide a home for the ornamental ducks. You might even spot the turtle basking in the sun.
Please feel free to stroll around the lake and enjoy the habitat with a glass of wine, or have a picnic using our tables and chairs dotted around the lake.
There is even a rowing boat for those who want to explore the lake and the island - who like nothing better than "messing around in boats".
